No issues here. Did you have a look at the sensor on the under side of the mirror? I think that is where the eyeball is.

 

I had the same issue but when transporting a few bikes on a trailer hitch mount. It would come on and off.

 

Yes, I’ve only had my 2021 Blazer RS for about three weeks and the passenger side view mirror blind spot alert light stays on almost all the time and sometimes flashes rapidly. Very disappointed that happens with my $51,000+ vehicle.

 

Having that issue now. 2019 Blazer RS. Stays lit on the drivers side and randomly blinks rapidly. Was just in the shop last week getting the entire abs module replaced. Was in shop for days in December for other unexplainable warning lights.

 

This has been happening on my 2020 Equinox. No solutions from dealer.

 

The same thing happened on a previous Blazer, and the dealer replaced a sensor and the issue went away.
