Weird Noise - Driver Side - Possible "A" Frame or Rear Door ((FIXED))

I had a weird rattle, noise, most noticeable during highway driving. Being the driver, it was hard to hear exactly where it was coming from.
My daughter was in the back seat and I asked her if she could determine where the noise was coming from. She said it sounded like the tire.
I looked down below near the tire and found the mud flap screw popped out.
I do remember running something over, (I will refrain from mentioning details), but it looks like it popped the screw housing out.
I will take a pic and add it to the thread. I remember some others mentioning a similar noise and the dealership was unable to find the fix.
