i've had a 2019 Blazer RS AWD since June '19, i have never seen the V6/4 you are talking about. i don't think it is on the 19 RS.

Mine has the indicator 2020 RS

does that still show up if you have the theme set to sport?
i use the same info screen on my 2019 RS and don't see the V6/V4.
