Upgrade To NAV Radio

I just purchased a 2020 Blazer a few weeks ago. I inquired to update my Infotainment to have Navigation. I was told that is not possible. I couldn't get a straight answer from the dealer. I thought all you have to do is switch out the HMI module.

Does anyone know why it can't be done.

If you can manage to install a memory card reader in your center console. OBDII Genie has a OBD flasher that does it super quickly and easily!
