When I bought My last Camaro in March of ‘21, the tranny would shudder on inclines. It also would seem like it wouldn’t shift right every once in a while. Two days after I bought it. It was a 50th anniversary 2017. I took it in to the dealer, and immediately the transmission tech knew what the problem was. Sometimes the Camaro would act like what everyone is talking about on here, and, I’ve experienced it with My ‘19 Blazer. The fix? They changed the tranny fluid to MOBIL ONE. It didn’t ever do it again. In a week I’m going to go get MOBIL ONE TRANNY FLUID put in, MOBIL ONE oil put in also. I’d like to get the throttle body cleaned, My ONSTAR is not connecting, maybe just an UPDATE ISSUE, and have the dealer do the full inspection of everything! If I’m keeping this car and going to pay it off before I retire next year, it had better be right! By the way, the tranny problem with the Camaro was on the ‘16 and ‘17s. And You can GOOGLE it and it is right there. I couldn’t believe My eyes. Might not be the same but worth a shot! I’m starting to wonder about these newer Chevys..new Cars period. Are they selling us junk?

My 2019 RS has 36K on it and it has been doing this jerking thing all winter. Usually after being parked overnight or for a long time. I put it into Drive and it does not go into gear. Today it did this and there was a bad whine when I let off the gas and the car started decelerating. I think this jerking issue has only happened in AWD mode but to be honest during the winter and on rainy days I almost always drive in AWD mode. I am fairly concerned but also worried that since it is not an issue that happens all the time my dealer will look at it and tell me nothing is wrong.

You should keep in mind new cars learn your driving style. They take around 1-2k for the trans pcm and engine ecu to learn and perform best to your driving style. Ive noticed similar things in my 19 LT3 awd. But it has gotten better from the 50 miles it had when i got it the 1300 it now has a month later.
I have had mine 4 years now and it must still not be used to me! Lol it is still sometimes missing it’s SD card and can’t ever find the it’s remote even though it’s driving down the road as well as steering disabled probably due to it being ridiculous when it slams on the break with flashing red light in the middle of an intersection. Starting to think this car is either high on drugs or is near sighted with cataracts and dementia. No one had a fix for this.
