Stereo keep dropping

My 2020 Blazer RS stereo keeps dropping volume .I have taken my vehicle to Robins Chevy 5 times and they cannot resolve the issue. They keep telling me they fix the problem only to drive off and the radio starts dropping the volume again . Any suggestions???
