2019 premier is hard to control on icy roads. Tried to turn off every control I could find and it didn't help. Has any one else had this problem?

My 2019 premier does great here in northern Michigan. But then again icy road can be difficult

My wife complained about the handling on snowy roads and how she couldnt even keep up with normal traffic because it felt like it was going to spin out. I thought she was crazy so I took it out and drove it. I went thru every mode and was almost afraid to drive it.
I even notice in the summer if you hit a rough patch on the road or highway, it tries to skip sideways like hitting washboards on a gravel road.
Im glad its not just me having this issue but am curious why it does it. It is kinda dangerous.

I don't have any problems with my 2019 premier with all season 20 inch tires. I love it
