RS Grille Bar - Finish

I have a 2021 RS bought in December and the front Grille Bar is already loosing it's black chrome finish.

Not sure if it would be covered under warranty - have my thoughts.

If not I would like to maybe wrap it in black carbon fiber.
Anyone done anything similar? Lots of curves

Should be fine until it gets sand blasted

I have seen now where several people have had this issue with this finish.
They were replaced under warranty, time to call the dealer.

Swung by the dealer this morning, one look and they are ordering me a new set. No questions asked.
