The 2019 blazer that I just lease last week is not functioning properly. It continuously goes out. I get a black screen with whole lines scrolling.

Did you take it back for repair or lease another vehicle?

I took it back once again for repair and again they could not duplicate the problem. I just pick it up yesterday and so its working fine again. For how long is the question.

Its always best to nail down under what situations the issue can be replicated before taking it in.

Alternatively you can try a different dealer.

Try asking if they can inform you of TSB's as they get posted. I know some people had luck with that in the past.
