No screws. Tape only. There are locator holes (in the sheet metal) behind it though. Meant to add: if you're using fishing line, you have to work around those alignment pins.
Rear Bowtie badge
Hello, can anyone tell me if the rear bowtie emblem is strictly glued on or if there are screws holding it on? Thanks

I did not. I put a new black badge assembly on. Like I said, there are two holes in the sheet metal where those two alignment pins are on the badge frame.
