Rattling sound

Hey all. New here.

Just got my new Blazer RS 2 days ago and there has been a rattling sound or something similar since I drove it off the lot. I had not installed anything at that point. Tried removing the rear cargo bar...it’s not that.

Sounds to me like it’s coming from inside the cabin. But can’t figure out what could be rubbing together or banging that would cause this. It’s fairly noticeable any time you drive over a few miles per hour. Can’t tell if the sound is more plastic or metal.

Most likely the B pillar - they know it’s an issue - mine was same pulled it off lot and there was the rattle. They did the tsb fix and that’s gone - now it’s just the darn plastic dealt belt height adjuster - I’m going to put a small piece of foam in it and that should work - unfortunate vehicle was so expensive and having to fix rattles
I have exact same issue and yes I can’t believe have to put a piece of foam to fix rattle of a $50k vehicle - ugh
Had my rattle back to the dealer a few times. No luck. Finally found the source on mine. There is a small space between the interior of rear tailgate door's plastic interior wall and the metal framing. I inserted 5-6 small folded pieces of cardboard into the gap around the entire paneling. Problem solved its now been over a year and not rattle at all.

Can you post a picture of where you are referring to? I have been fighting with my stealership for a long time. I kind of gave up during the height of the pandemic but now that the weather is turning more spring-like the rattle and squeak from the rear of my Blazer is coming back in full force.

have they figured it out yet? I have the same issue, already had the b pillar noise taken care of, but now there is one by the driver side rear seat head.
Bought mine in February. Started hearing a rattle from mine about 3 weeks ago.
Turns out it was the umbrella I stowed in the driver side door umbrella compartment three weeks ago.
Very nice. I like it a lot. You did a good job there.

I really like the colors on my white RS, even though I’m not much of a white car guy.

But I’m thinking of having the top of the car painted black to match the black roof rails and the bottom trim. Lots of cars out there like Volvo and range rover with that look.

If you are currently at the "Thinking about" stage, you might consider getting it either wrapped, or Dip-sprayed.
At least that way, if you don't like it, you can remove it easy enough.
