Radio won't shut off

Hi folks, my daughter has a 2020 blazer, when she shuts off her car and opens the door the radio doesn't shut off. It usually acts up after a car was with an under carriage wash. Been to the dealer numerous times without any help yet. Has anyone had this issue with their Blazer.

Not sure if this is what she may be seeing but I've notice that often when a software update is available (and you are promoted to apply via the console) if you don't apply it immediately, when you shut off the Blazer and lock it and leave, the radio will keep playing for 2-3 mins. I find this irritating as I keep thinking I didn't shut the vechicle off. Once the software updated is downloaded and applied this behavior goes away.

Yeah it's been updated, been at the shop a number of times. Even changed the radio at one point and the drivers door latch. The dealer is just scratching their head.

My 20/20 blazer radio also did not turn off and I noticed it was when attempting to do an update. You can disconnect it from your Wi-Fi which will stop it or just let it update. After the update it no longer kept the radio playing after exiting the vehicle.
