Problem with liftgate

I have only had my 2019 blazer for a few weeks, but this weekend the liftgate started acting up. I used the FOB to open it and it made it about halfway and then started clicking. The button on bottom of liftgate would not close it so I had to manually close the liftgate. After that it would only allow me to manually open the liftgate. Now, though, it won't open at all. I'm having it looked at in a couple days but wondering if anyone else has had this type issue with?
