Pretty Bummed

Here to vent for a minute. I got caught in a hail storm. I have dents up and down both sides, hood, roof ... literally every single panel on my 2020 RS. (including the thin strip between the top of the door and the roof)
I have less than 5k miles on her. I am too bummed to take pics of the damage caused.
Anyway, if anyone understands, I fugred you guys would.
Have a good weekend.
Pic below of when I left the dealership at the end of last year.

That’s awful....covered or “act of god”?
That sucks. My previous car (2008 HHR SS) got hit by hail in the same way. They had to replace every body panel on the car. I was in a rental for almost 2 months because they had a hard time finding a replacement roof panel.

Hope you can it all fixed
Been there, done that. New 2018 Mustange GT. Had it for 10 months before the storm hit.
Front windshield, rear window and all passenger side windows were smashed. With the amount of water damage inside from the broke windows along with every panel dented, State Farm just totalled it out.
Very heart breaking. I know your pain.

I’m so sorry to hear that - Hope they can repair with no issues
Wish we could say something to make you feel better, but the best we can do is assure you that we would feel the same way you do...absolutely sick!!! I hope you can get it repaired easily, quickly, and fast! And that they do a good job on it!
I feel for you. Hopefully, your insurance company can find someone that specializes in hail damage.
it's a tough situation but your "comprehensive" car insurance will cover it...
OMG do you mean the HHR SS

OMG do you mean the HHR SS that only old people thought was a good looking car because the design was "retro"? What was SS about it. Do you like the Mission Joke?

The SS was a 2.0 Turbo if I'm correct.
Both of my HHRs were 2.2L...had an 08 and a 09 both had over 200k miles on them when traded in. They were great for general remodeling and both hauled trailers for years.

What made it an SS? The engine, suspension and trim. The HHR SS had a 2.0 Turbo that was about 250HP stock, an upgraded FE4 sport suspension and of course the appearance package. the 2.0T of that era had a GM stage kit upgrade that boosted the horsepower from 250HP to 290HP in the FWD HHR SS and Cobalt SS and 325HP+ in the RWD Pontiac Solstice/Saturn Sky.

It was actually a very quick little car. I had the stage kit installed of course. Traded it in on the Blazer as I kind of outgrew it after 11 years and wanted something different.
