Power Outlet

Three times to dealer with Power outlet not working since purchased . First time couldn't pull up schematics , second time said it was a bad inverter so ordered new one . Third time installed new inverter and said it wasn't getting power and said they needed a few days to resolve it so was going to go home and come back and now the remote keyless entry doesn't work anymore. So they are keeping it and going to try next week to resolve it . Anyone else having power outlet behind console not working ?
