I have 2019 premier AWD with 12k miles, the other day the wife told me that the sunroof and shade would not open or close. Today while she was out the sunroof started to open by itself. She managed to hit the button to close, it took a y andwhile but it closed and she herd a clicking noise while it closed. Sun shade had similar noise but wouldn’t closegai. Have appointment next week and will update when I get an answer. Thankfully it wasn’t raining.hat

It has happened to us 3 times. First time it reset itself. Second time took it to dealer. Happened again. I disconnected battery and it worked. What is going on with sunroof
