Will 285/45/21 Bridgestone fit, any clearance concerns particularly on suspension? Stock tires were 265/45/21

Not sure about that. I would go to a tire outlet and let them put them on for you so you can be sure. Maybe someone here that has that size can chime in. Keep in mind, even if someone else here does have that size tire, but not in the brand you're looking at, the tread pattern (tread height) can make a difference in rubbing on the corner or not. I would definitely go and put those shoes on to confirm no rub before purchase. I would like to find a tire after I wear these out that has a bit of a wider footprint.
I'm sure I haven't said anything that you haven't already thought of, though.
