That glass is defective. If no other Blazers exhibit this on Driver's side window, you can make a Case with Chevy Factory Representative. The info is in back of your Owners Manual. They suggest asking Service to fix it first so there's a record trail.
I have already gone that route. Opened a Chevy case and after weeks of phone calls with Jose who was my factory rep I was told there wasn’t anything he could do. This is a know problem and there is a letter out to dealerships that there is a problem with cooling the glass too fast causing this issue. His suggestion was to replace the glass at my expense and then if there is a recall later we can explore getting some of my money back. This is totally an unacceptable solution for a factory issue.

I'm sure you are gona think this comment is rude but since you are leasing this Blazer why is your underwear in wad? You haven't spent 30 to 60K to outright purchase your Blazer like me and others have. Of course with a lease you will return yours as to where the rest of us can't just return ours.
After a bit of research on the net and a few phone calls, the window can be replaced for around $300 or so. (I'm sure it'll cost more pending where you live like CA or NY. I'm in TN) That's less than some are making on monthly payments on their Blazers. If you can afford to lease, and it bothers you that much, replace it yourself.
Bruce TDN,
Not sure where you’re getting the information about me leasing our Blazer but instead of me making a smart remark I’ll just clarify it for you. We in fact did purchase, not lease our Blazer. We did spend our hard earned money, not lease so I have a good reason to get “my shorts in a wad”. And thanks for you 2 cents worth but I’m not spending my money on a factory defect since I am not turning it in at the end of a lease.
