Noise from speakers in dashboard

I have a 2019 Chevrolet Blazer 2LT AWD. Just this winter season I've noticed I get a scratching noise coming from the speakers in the dashboard. I don't remember it happening during past winter seasons. It's mostly on the passenger side but occasionally on the driver side as well. It only seems to happen if it's very cold or very windy and only when I'm on the highway. The noise is the same regardless of whether the radio is on or not. Has anyone else experienced this and/or have a solution? Thanks!
