Just got an email saying that my 2020 RS can now have it's NAV updated via an SD card for $99. Has anyone done this yet? Any problems? Where is the SD card slot?

I called the number in the email and asked them when the update was created and they told me "sometime in 2020." I was hoping that it would have been sometime this year but no such luck. So the new card could be anywhere from 8 months to 20 months old already.

Any input from those who have done the update would be appreciated.

Just finished installing mine. Got it 3 days after ordering. With car off, take out old SD card, install new one, start car, acknowledge new card dialog box on screen-took about 1 min total. Will update later with noticed changes.

My trim level doesn't have an SD card slot much less factory Nav. 🤣

I just use my Google Foo for navigation.
Right ... so funny .. but true for me too .. 2020 Blazer 1LT ..Oh well!
I hated the update, had to do it twice, it knocked out my SAT Radio, Backup Camera, in other words INFO tainment Center And SAT radio, Onstar Crashed! reset ALL, Opened case with GM. Fixed it myself rolled back update until I got a update that worked!

I refuse to pay $99 for an updated card. With the price of vehicles map updates should be included.
