I too love the look & feel of my RS, but in the shop at 2 months & 1400 miles is ridiculous. They said it was window motor and ordered the part. Part has not come in, but that problem went away and my camera (side view) stopped working. Also a couple false alerts from collision detection system with auto braking.

Just don't feel very good about my 46k vehicle purchase.

Chevrolet on FB messenger is a joke, they responded after a few days and said I was assigned a case agent Angelika. Who I have yet to hear from and have no contact information for.

Always bought GM (last 4 new vehicles) but feel burned, think this is the last & will recommend others stay away! :mad:

My issues here:
No offense, but forget about facebook- call chevy customer service.

Sorry to hear about your troubles, i contacted GM directly after a few meetings with the dealership executives.
I explained every issues to GM ''ambassador'' that i experienced and was offered a rebate on the purchase of a new vehicle.
I wont disclose the financial details but i have to mention that they took great care of me.
I went ahead and purchased a XT6 which we had for a few months now and love.

To your point : if you feel unsafe at any point then you shouldn't risk it.
In my view there are no dollar $ amount worth my security or of my family.

2019 Premier with 2500 miles. I provided a laundry list of issues to the service tech, yesterday. 25 items, only a few serious ones. Most items on the list are "snowball" items. Easy to do with this vehicle. There are so many things I dislike about it. I could easily list another 25 items that are design dislikes but the dealer wont do anything about those. Buyers remorse BIG TIME on this one. Very expensive rattle trap, IMO. Stuck with for 36 more months..............sweet!

2019 Premier with 2500 miles. I provided a laundry list of issues to the service tech, yesterday. 25 items, only a few serious ones. Most items on the list are "snowball" items. Easy to do with this vehicle. There are so many things I dislike about it. I could easily list another 25 items that are design dislikes but the dealer wont do anything about those. quality issues arent excusable, but design issues are present at the time of the test drive. I don't think they can be equated. I don't have many PRACTICAL complaints about the blazer at all. In terms of ride, handling, visibility, quietness, etc. I think it's just fine. Fortunately for me it appears all but one of my complaints was properly addressed by the dealer.

I feel your pain. I have had mine in three different service shops and the problems continue. I am currently waiting on a call back from a GM Ambassadors regarding the Lemon Law. Best of luck to you!

But nobody picks up on all of the subtleties during a test drive. You have to live with a vehicle for a few weeks to start noticing some things. As I said, it becomes tough not to "snow ball" after finding so many things wrong.

Is a GM ambassador the same as a case manager? I have a case open with GM on my 3 month old 2020 RS that is sitting at the dealer for the third repair. Got a call today from a very distracted case manager (seemed preoccupied with something) and they offered me a voucher for my next service. I told her that I haven't even had my first service yet since the vehicle only has 1400 miles on it. At one point she asked if I was thinking of trading it in, and I said yes, with the issues I have had with the electrical & repairs.

Not sure where this goes from here, but i assume nothing until I actually get my vehicle back.

I picked up my Blazer from the dealership yesterday and everything appeared to work, until I drove it. Now the collision deterrent indicator in my mirror doesn't work. So, back in the shop it goes for the third time in the last month. Had it three months and it's been in the shop for 10 days so far, and they have to install a part on order & figure out this new issue with collision avoidance system.

GM advisor wanted to close my case, I said no let's wait until I get it back and check everything. Just because the dealership said it's fixed does not mean it's fixed.

Left mine at the dealer, on Wednesday. 27 issues on the list. Was provided a loaner. 2020 Blazer Premier. Having driven the loaner for three days, I'm convinced mine is a lemon. Only issue with loaner is wind noise on drivers door. Mine has this issue too and leaks water during hard rains. Anyone else with wind noise around drivers door?
