Thank you Jerry E. You were right. Every time the vehicle goes to V4 mode it vibrates. Highway speeds are not a problem anymore and that's a good thing. Just when it goes into V4. What can I do to stop this vibration from happening when the vehicle goes to V4 mode?

A guy in Canada claims that a GM rep said a new ecm cal could be put in to change the economy mode so the eng doesn't go into the V4 mode too soon causing the eng to lug down creating the eng vibration. So far I have not heard of new ECM engine calibration out to fix this issue. I got used to it and when I feel it I just remind myself it is saving fuel.

My Blazer is really starting to annoy me with all these rattles and noises. Already had it service once and they replaced some parts on the tailgate but I hear rattles in my dash and also from other areas I have yet to determine. For a 45K+ vehicle I am a bit disappointed in all that.

Anybody have links to any known service bulletins that I can reference for issues related to rattles and noises?

The vibration you feel between 1400 and 1600 rpm is your Blazer going into fuel economy mode. If you look at your trip meter or fuel economy display you will see it is running in V4 mode.... usually on a flat road. When it says V6 the vibration goes away. The vibration at highway speeds sounds like the tires or tire balance. I have 30K on my Blazer and love the vehicle

Gorgeous truck! Are the stripes vinyl or painted? If vinyl, what type did you go with? Thinking of striping mine!

Had a rattling noise coming from behind drivers seat that was bothering me. I found the upper seat belt support clip was rattling,(both left and right sides of vehicle). You can check yours by shaking with your hand and hearing the noise. For whatever reason... mine was metal to metal. I popped the plastic cover off with a screwdriver to find this out. I use a flexible seam sealer (3M # 8405) and applied to both sides of the small metal area with a normal caulk gun. Don't need to apply much, just enough to cushion the metal parts from clanging against each other. What a DIFFERENCE in noise level driving around Michigan on our lousy roads !! Hope fully, this may help some of you out.
Maybe I need to try this.

Has anyone had the seat rattle and had a solution identified? My 60% section has an annoying rattle over any small bump or ripple in the road. Back to the dealer again.....
