New to this forum. Have a 2019 and the infotainment screen goes black. Happened once and I took it to the dealer and it showed in the memory that it went black and the dealer charged the battery. It just happened twice more and took it to the dealer and they could not find anything. Guess I will just have to take a picture next time. Has anyone had this problem?

Mine does it some. With other issues also and I took it to the dealership and they wanted to keep it until it did it again. Umm not happening because it doesn't do it all the time. One night all my lights went out in the car on my way home. Also sometimes when I turn off the engine it sounds like the starter is trying to kick back in. Very very unhappy about my purchase.

i am going to keep my phone ready when i am in the Blazer so i can take a picture for the dealer.

They just need to replace the screen. I had numerous issues until that was done.....none of them repeated with new my new "display radio" module.
