If you really want to buy this car then headlights are not a problem. The headlights can be adjusted to the height you need. Also, for a more comfortable ride, you can use some solutions for short drivers , I read these on Vininspect's article. The article has several options for solving the problem.

The new Blazer may have the worse headlights of any car I've owned. Your concern of the being mounted too low is well founded. Distant vision is mediocre. Side to side vision is horrible. Dark (no streetlights) intersections are a challenge since there is no good lighting provided by the Blazer. I've read that some aftermarket lights improve things a bit, but adding brightness is not the answer. They're just poorly designed.
