So if your going to convert your hid to led you’ll have to do some modifications. I’ve taken out my headlight took apart my ballast and Chevy made it complicated to convert. So I’m looking into finding a custom harness to go from the main headlight adapter to try and configure it so that I can change out to leds. Most cars with hid you can disconnect and use the oem plug that supplies power to headlight and ballast. And plug your led straight into that oem power supply. But with the blazer that’s not the case. Anyways you’re going to have to remove the front side panels to get to the headlight.
Whoa holy crap that looks amazing! I'm curious did you get the daytime when I likes to stay bright as well?
I am guessing the best option right now is to pull the trigger on new LED unit from the factory. I have a 2019 with HID and a 2021 with LED, LED FAR better that HID.
Do you know the work that goes into upgrade to the 2021 LEDs? I’m assuming there will be wiring differences?

have a 2021 RS. Do I have LED or HID? Because they literally suck….
Have a 2022 Blazer (Red Line Edition) does not have all the options the RS trim has but looks similar to the RS. It does not have the LED headlights, it has the HID which are horrible! Is it possible to install an LED conversion kit and if so any recommendations on what kind will work best without causing any other issues?

I have the black redline. I put a set of better Hid bulbs in first and they still stunk. Then in IL there’s a place that sells LED bulbs. Highest quality I have seen. Had them in a 9 months now and are absolutely amazing. Lucas Lighting led bulbs.
but changing out the entire assembly will be the most costly and effective. But the led bulbs definitely I have are amazing almost compare to my wife’s Infiniti but you know those are legit led housings.

Yes we already tried better HID's too and no comparison to LED's. So you did not try a conversion kit, you changed out the entire assembly? Did they do this for you at Lucas Lighting or you did it yourself?

It’s just a bulb I posted a link. I did it myself it’s easy to do. It’s plug n play.
You would need to customize a new housing if you want the Legit full LED experience. Lol
Will it make a big enough difference using these without doing the customized housing?

I have 50% tint on my windshield and I’m very happy with it. Next step would need to be custom housing which could cost 1000 or more just saying.
I’d post a pic but you k ow how cameras over exaggerates light
Did these bulbs cause any issues with any of the other lights, like your tail lights or blinkers?

Nope. It’s a direct plug n play.
I was just asking because I have read about Error Codes or blinkers going crazy. Sounds like you have had no issues tho.
I appreciate your feedback and the link for the bulbs, we are going to order them and try them out.
Would you happen to have a pic I can see?
Pictures are over exaggerated make it look blinding bright. You won’t be disappointed for the price. Anything after that bulb you’d need to get actually Led lenses converted.
