What is the light output difference upgrading to Philips Xtreme Vision XV2? How much of a difference did you guys notice?

I bought some LED conversion bulbs on Amazon. Just trying to get up the nerve to do the install...

I decided to return them. No sense going through the install until we have some reports here of a really good solution to improve the headlights a LOT and that doesn't affect error codes, etc. If any has some great luck making a change, please post here.
