I did the same. Didn’t need to realign anything beam Pattern was the same.I just swapped out the OEM D3S HIDs for some Philips Xtreme Vision XV2 and they need to be realigned. Does anyone know where the adjustment points are at?

To be honest. Not much. More crisper but at night or rain. The HiD lense blows... the 2021s RS /Premier have the led lense may need to convert. I went to the dealer and they had two together and you can see in the lense the line cutoff for the led compared to our junk. What is the light output difference upgrading to Philips Xtreme Vision XV2? How much of a difference did you guys notice?
It’s easy. But I don’t think they will be good with the hid lense. Watch headlight revolution on YouTube they explain it. Post in here when you’re doneI bought some LED conversion bulbs on Amazon. Just trying to get up the nerve to do the install... View attachment 1096
I have the black redline. I put a set of better Hid bulbs in first and they still stunk. Then in IL there’s a place that sells LED bulbs. Highest quality I have seen. Had them in a 9 months now and are absolutely amazing. Lucas Lighting led bulbs.Have a 2022 Blazer (Red Line Edition) does not have all the options the RS trim has but looks similar to the RS. It does not have the LED headlights, it has the HID which are horrible! Is it possible to install an LED conversion kit and if so any recommendations on what kind will work best without causing any other issues?

It’s just a bulb I posted a link. I did it myself it’s easy to do. It’s plug n play.Yes we already tried better HID's too and no comparison to LED's. So you did not try a conversion kit, you changed out the entire assembly? Did they do this for you at Lucas Lighting or you did it yourself?
I have 50% tint on my windshield and I’m very happy with it. Next step would need to be custom housing which could cost 1000 or more just saying. Will it make a big enough difference using these without doing the customized housing?
Nope. It’s a direct plug n play.Did these bulbs cause any issues with any of the other lights, like your tail lights or blinkers?
Pictures are over exaggerated make it look blinding bright. You won’t be disappointed for the price. Anything after that bulb you’d need to get actually Led lenses converted.Would you happen to have a pic I can see?
Ahhhh you seeeeeeee. Lol that was a pun.Replaced the HID headlights with the LED’s from Lucas Lighting and we are very pleased with the outcome! These light are the BEST!

That’s for oem LED assembly.Well, if it's that simple, I will most likely do it. I had just read somewhere here in these forums that you had to use a heat gun to melt the seal around the bulb and it seemed like it was going to be a giant pain to do this. I like the plug n play!
Thanks, again, for your response. Your pics really jazzed me and I am on a mission now... lol!
So, I'm a bit confused, and excuse my ignorance, but If it's as simple as "plug n play", just twisting the bulb out and replacing it in the OEM housing there already, then why is there a thread talking about all the heat gun application to do the same thing? I've already replaced my factory blinker bulb with an LED bulb down there, and that is a twist, turn and replace the bulb application, so I've been in that housing already. I can go back to that same housing where the headlight bulb is and just twist it out and replace that bulb? Sorry if I come across as being difficult, but I just want to be sure what the process is before I go to the trouble of it all. Which, by the way, isn't all that much trouble.
Also, do you have to unbolt the housing and remove it to replace the bulb, or can you just reach in, twist the bulb out, and replace it? It would be great if someone that is doing this can video the process and post it. Whenever I get around to this, I will post a vid of it. Don't know when that will be.
