Is there a way to remove the grey bumper piece? I want it to match the rest of the bumper, which is black. Any ideas on how to remove his so I can plasti-dip them?

Tried plasti-dip and wasn’t happy with the results. The color is too dull. I think having it done professionally is the answer?
