Front Turn Signals Not Working?

I just did the front grille bar swap to black and after I put the bumper back on, both front turn signals aren’t working. I can’t exactly find the fuse but most of the ones I looked at were good.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I really don’t want to have to take the bumper off again or have to take it in.

Update - Forgot to mention that I can hear a clicking from the engine bay fuse box when I am trying to use the blinkers..

Another Update - The headlights also aren’t coming on. Checked the fuses and they all looked good.
