Probably around the $28,000 mark if it's sitting right between the Equinox and Traverse. Wouldn't want to encroach on the compact's territory or people may decide to take the small size hit to save some money. At around $28k, there's still some space for options and trims before the Blazer encroaches on the Traverse's territory.
Estimating price point
So although we haven't hear anything in regards to the new Blazers price point, we can make some estimates based upon where it will sit in the lineup. I made this simple chart which shows the gap its trying to fill.

At that $28k price point, there are going to be a lot of other crossovers to choose from. Chevy is going to have to step up its trim levels in an effort to differentiate itself from this crowded segment and the other comparable vehicles in their own line up. Lets hope they've put some serious effort into the styling and utility options found in the new Blazer.
A Trax Trail Boss would be smaller than a Chevy Blazer and some may not want to make that trade, though I'd be more than happy for something compact and off-road friendly. But they probably didn't want to compete against the Jeep Renegade.
Well it looks like Ford may be interested in that segment with the new Bronco that they've announced. I believe that they are going to be offering a compact 2 door variant that's supposed to have some serious off road capability.
There's suddenly a large influx of these utility vehicles that are designed for the weekend warrior. Even Toyota is coming out with their own Rav4 Adventure model to compete in a segment where there aren't a lot of options yet.
Yeah I mean even the Ecosport when properly equipped is found to be pretty off road capable. Wish Suzuki had interest in remaking/re-releasing the Samurai or Jimny. Those trucks have incredible performance for the price.
Would be nice if the new Blazer costs around the same as the Equinox because that model is pretty affordable and a great deal if its performance delivers. Think $25k is a good deal?
I agree especially for the fact that the Wrangler starts from around $27,000. Chevy can go head to head with that price easily. Although the Blazer is new, it has enough going on to impact the market as much as the Wrangler has. I also think that people may be over looking the extremely high performance trims this model could see. If it gets any of the high end options from the Camaro, this is going to be a seriously fast crossover. I think unlike other crossovers, Chevy is going to focus on tracking rather than off roading.
