Never looked up (or attempted) to look up new car engine break in procedures. The recommendations on the net are all over the page ... which makes me think they are more opinions than anything else. Some say its a thing of the past ... some say its done at the factory now ... others say to change the oil after 50-100 miles, never going above 3000 rpm. And I guess there is some evidence of benefit if you drive it like hell from tbe get-go. How have you guys addressed this?
