Does your scissor jack have a handle?

I bought my Blazer about two months ago. It was a dealership demo, not a brand new car. A few days ago I wanted to remove the tires and found out that the scissor jack that came with the car was missing the crank handle. Is it possible that it's not supplied with the jack?

Mine has a handle , I believe it was either under the jack or in the foam pieces

Thank you! Found it in the foam. I don't understand how I managed to overlook it. I was even going to call the dealership and complain. That would be an embarrassing situation.
