Anyone think this is a problem for the adapter that brightens the DLR's? Sounds like they don't want them on when headlights are on. Thoughts?

I will be interested in how this comes out too.
Remember that ours dim when the headlights come on, so ours aren't mentioned.
The adapter brings things back, against what they appear to be trying to prevent.

In some of the shots I've seen on here, it does appear to create some glare from them in the dark.
Time will tell I guess, I'll be watching. For now I'm leaving ours stock, as I don't want people flashing us because it's causing glare on them.

Also wondering if there's any liability, for enabling a feature that they consider dangerous.

My thinking was they didn't mention ours because they fixed them to dim when the headlights are on.
On some other models listed, perhaps being higher GM decided those should be turned off completely, but isn't working properly, requiring a possible fix/recall.

On the adapters, I only mentioned them wondering if they could become a legal problem for the seller, if bright DRL's are considered dangerous/unlawful later on.
Anyway, it will be interesting to see how this plays out on both. Everyone has a choice as of now, stay tuned. ;)
