When I started cleaning the interior of my car last year, I realized that without upholstery cleaning machine for cars it would be extremely difficult to do. The article Best car cleaning steamer | How to choose auto detailing steamer describes the process of using the steam cleaner when detailing a car. I tried these methods and I really liked the result. I recommend to read

are you talking about the gloss black pieces on the b-pillar (portion behind the front and rear side windows)? If so, I use Sprayway glass cleaner and a microfiber cloth to get off fingerprints and any other dust that accumulates on those pieces. Works pretty well to my liking. Any glass cleaner should do the trick just as well, I would just recommend ensuring whatever formula you use is ammonia-free. This is more of a crucial step if you have aftermarket tinted windows because the ammonia can prematurely degrade the tint film, but it's still a good practice to use a natural-based cleaner especially if you use it often enough so that you aren't causing similar effects on the gloss finish.
Hope this helps!
I've been detailing cars for over 30 years. Started with basic waxes, moved into acrylics, and then landed on ceramics. I put two coats of CQuartz Ceramic on my Blazer and 1 coat CarPro SIC to finish. The SIC coating that I finished with (Silicon Carbide) Is a very slick product and it's got good chemical resistance qualities and hard water resistance. Nothing is bulletproof, so you'll want to maintain the coatings, but hands down these coatings keep the vehicle's paint in very good condition. I coated my interior and the wheels twice. It makes for a very easy cleanup. If I have anything on the exterior that needs attention, I just use Reload, their 5% ceramic topper. I typically reapply Reload every quarter. I enjoy laying my hands on my car. My B pillars are very shiny. I spent three days just paint correcting and polishing before applying the ceramics, so there is a lot of labor that went into getting the paint as perfect as I could get. I should get around 5 years before I have to polish the paint again and reapply ceramic. My Blazer is garage kept and it never sees a rainy day. It's not my daily driver. Not everyone wants to put in the time to protect the paint, but it's a necessity and pays off in the long run. Once you get the paint corrected, it's easy to maintain from that point forward. You just have to put in some time with your rig.
