Anyone encounter this button collapsing so it just can't be pushed at all. Now the radio volume buttons don't work as well as the channel down button. Can I just replace the buttons or do I have to replace the entire steering wheel?

Check Ebay -- I ran across a cruise control replacement part for 36 dollars. Now ... replacing it might be another thing. You shouldn't need to replace the whole steering wheel. (IMO)
