I own a 2023 Blazer and think I can answer some of these questions.
1: Yes, 2022s have wireless CarPlay and Android Auto
2. I do not believe you can run the hotspot off of a sim card. In the US it runs of of AT&T cell towers. If you have phone service I find the hotspot pretty useless anyway.
3. No the illuminated front bowtie is an option that is very rarely seen unless it is a factory order or installed after purchase. The RS models do come with all black badges though.
4. No the screen is not upgradable, at least I don't think anyone has done it and doubt it would work. If you buy a 2022 you will have an 8" screen. The big differences in the 22-23 models are new front grille and slimmer daytime running lights, larger screen, new tail lights with geometric design inside, and new wheel designs. There are a couple other small tweak, but those are the big ones.
Good luck with the purchase of the Blazer. I love mine and I am sure you will enjoy it.
