Bottom of front door rubbing...anyone else?

The rear section of the lower plastic piece, on my front door, is rubbing on the front of my back door. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, was the dealer able to make any adjustment?

I don't think the door itself is misaligned, it just seems like something in that lower plastic trim section. Sometimes it seems worse than others, as if something has come loose.
