Could someone please help me I have a 98 Chevy Blazer my blower motor went out I have a new one the plug-in is little different the main plug in works but I'm supposed to have a plug for a ground . There's not a plug on the new blower so I just bared the ground wire and grounded it to the body when I touch the body the fan starts running without the ignition switch on someone please help

From what you describe, it sounds as if the Ground need to be routed through the On/Off - Speed switch. Do you have access to the electrical schematic for your model? It would guide you to where the ground wire would normally connect.
