What's the latest on options to deactivate ( not just "fool" or one-shot over ride) the completely disgusting auto stop function on 2019 Blazer Premier ? TERRIBLE !

Trade it in If you hate it that bad. Why didn't you research before you buy and buy a suv that doesn't have auto stop? You could teo foot it at stops, maybe a safety concern if you don't do it right. But when you come to a stop keep light pressure on gas while holding brake to keep you stop. You could put it into neutral before you stop then when you come to complete stop. Floor the gas to waste as much fuel as possable and annoying everyone with your redline motor, then when light turns green put it back in gear. And get a plate that says "America F YEA"

I hated it too but then you get used to it. I think the only time I get annoyed with it now is when it goes off too quickly when you stop and then the light turns or the person in front goes so the car has to kick in again. I do agree that Chevy should make it an option to turn off on every vehicle and in this day and age where cars update their software OTA I am not sure why they cannot provide an update that would allow the disabling of auto-stop on the 2019 blazer.

Go to Rangetechnology.com for a great auto stop disabler. $189. Works great on my 2019 RS.
Just keep the AC on and it never shuts down...Oh I live in Florida LOL!!!

You can also shift it into L or manual shift when you stop and it will not shut off.

Go get range technology start stop disable. Plug in to the OBD port and forget it. Works beautifully

Got mine two days ago. I'm LOVING IT. It BARELY saves any fuel unless you're in LA rush hour traffic sitting forever.

I found this part on Amazon. I commute 80 miles round trip and have been running it for about a month. It was only $20 and works great. No more start/stop, no check engine light came on, remote start still works. After install, if check engine light comes on or remote start doesn’t work, it was installed backwards.
