another squeak rattle thread

so i did some searching and have not seen much in regards to the headliner area.

I had the headliner replaced about 6 weeks ago but have not been driving the vehicle. On smooth roads all is well, but in my housing addition with cracks in the road or chip and sealed roads have this clicking rattle up in the area of overhead console

I cant tell if its the overhead or just to the right on the headliner. if i push lightly on headliner i hear it tapping something. if i push a little heard i can hear a clicking noise like i pushed in a trim clip and then it pops back down maybe 1/8.

im also still getting the rattle from both doors. Im gonna try a different dealer. im tired of being told cant duplicate the concern when i hear it everytime i drive it.

Im also gonna show them the tsb for the B pillar squeak.

does anyone have an ideas on any of these concerns?

I’m also having headliner popping noises. I traded in my 2020 rs (no sunroof) for a 22 rs with a sunroof and I’ve never owned a car with more noises from the headliner from this one. The first was a popping I was getting in the same area as you I could get mine to happen by pushing the headliner by the windshield forward of the overhead console at first dealer couldn’t duplicate then I showed them how I get it to happen and they repaired that.

now I have another one halfway back to the right of the sunroof which I can make happen, and I also have another that sounds like it’s by the drivers sun visor which I can’t make happen I have an appointment to drop it off tomorrow at the dealer

i also have the one by the drivers visor. I think it’s the clip that holds the visor in place. It’s very loose compared to my passenger side

just an update. They think that one of the wires has detached from the headliner so they are gonna look into that one

the one in the back-was the little access panel for the reverse lights

the other two rattles I have are the adjuster “button” for the front seatbelts. Who knows they will do to fix it but I’m sure they will figure something out
