Are the 2021 factory 21" gloss black wheels painted?

The wife has driven my Blazer twice and evidently she got into something.
Want to look into having the wheel touched up and need to figure out if they are painted from the factory or powder coated.

I ended up calling my dealer, FYI they are indeed painted.

Makes the touch up more doable for certain.
