I have tried to configure several models of SUV's & PU's and it seems Chevy has done away with the heated seat option? Does anyone have any information on this? I was looking at trading in my 2019 Blazer, but I depend on the warmth on a freezing winter morning.

GM vehicles ordered in trim levels that normally include heated seats/steering wheel will come from the factory with the heated parts installed just not the chips. When the chips are available they will be dealler installed for free. Gm is offering a $50 credit for the seats and $50 for the steering wheel to cover the extra hassle of returning to the dealer and for doing without these luxuries temporarily.

I have to correct myself, it is currently a $25 credit on the heated steering wheel.

Yep we just got our 22 on Dec 29th. We got the $50 off for the seats and ours has heated wheel. They ran out of seat chips on Nov 15 and wheel chips on Nov 22th, so ours was built between the 15-22.

I feel your pain. This is because of the chip shortage , I am guessing that blazers will ship with the heated seats but cannot be activated until chips arrive and are installed at dealership.
I think heated steering wheel has same issue.
It would be nice it GM could clarify , I have a 2019 blazer lease and am also hesitating to lease another.

Due to my milage, I really need to lease or purchase a new Blazer or buy the one I have, if there was a active inventory in my area it would be easier to due.

My build sticker is “11/21” and both the heated seats and heated steering wheel work, so I guess I was lucky that it came in just under the wire. Bought it from dealer stock on January 6th. Might be one of the last ones with the chips.

Owner of a new 2022 RS, I have a feeling I'll be waiting a while for the heated/cooling seat chips and my steering wheel... sigh
I have a 2022 RS bought in April ...Definitely would love the chilled seats right now with the blazing heat in Texas. Heated anything not needed...lol. but I agree it'll be forever IF ever before we get our stuff fixed. My hubs got a Silverado last summer and has those features...SO NICE!.

I received my 2022 RS Blazer in January and still waiting on my chips. Couple weeks ago my dealership said they have only received one retrofit kit so for I believe it was a Tahoe sold well before mine. I think we will all be waiting awhile. I’m with you I would love the chilled seats right now.

I was told quarter 4 they might start retrofits. So October-ish? 🤞I'm not gonna hold my breath for sure. It may never happen...I wonder about 2023 models, fitted or omitted.

Paperwork I signed with my purchase said estimated mid year but assumed would be longer than that. I’ll be happy if they get installed before Winter.
I’m not fully sure on the 2023 models. I have a 2023 Traverse on hold that a dealership has on order since my 2018 was recently totaled. Build worksheet doesn’t even mention ventilated seats or the rear heated which typically comes standard on the premier but mentions the front heated and heated steering wheel. Dealer isn’t sure what is going on with that. Config on Chevrolet.com sounds like retrofit for it all.
