Well, you're right about how the service advisors respond. I've had that response also. It's unfortunate that our economy has placed us in a position where people would rather stay at home and suck on the tit of government and take free money instead of working and earning a respectable living. Many companies are suffering with fewer employees, and the result is what you experienced. Keep in mind, the tech gets paid on flag hours to work on the car. They don't get paid to do phone consultations. Every minute the tech is preoccupied with something that doesn't pay him equals money lost. If I were you, I'd drive my Blazer up to one of those dealerships and sit on their drive until someone sent a tech to visit with you. Calling on the phone will typically get you nowhere.Under the foam rubber covers that are on top on the cylinder head. Factory plugs are iridium and good for well over 100k miles, why replace?
