2020 chevy blazer 2lt v6 awd electral issues

The other day my wifes blazers radio screen started flickering and the volume control buttons on the back of the steering wheel stopped working. Wondering if anyone else has had this issue. Dealer is looking at it next week

Hopefully its something as simple as a fuse, but then the question is what caused the fuse to pop in the first place. Good luck with the dealer.
