2020 Blazer Entertainment screen freezes during carplay

I have 3800 miles, the issue started happening around 500 miles. The screen will not work, I have to control it with my phone. Then it occasionally will shut off randomly for a about 30 seconds and come back on. The dealership said they cannot diagnose it unless it is actively happening. It hasn't happened during a time I could actually get to the dealership. Hoping this isn't a sign of things to come....
