[SS Intimidator]

Two part question.
while driving with waze and using apple car play. The lcd dash screen went blank and would not respond to any buttons. Could not turn radio off or adjust volume. Radio continued to play with ignition off and keys removed from car. Came back to normal few mins later.

but then noticed the 2 or 4 wd selector knob stays lit with truck off and parked.

any ideas. Only had truck one day. Help.

disconnect the negative battery terminal and let sit for 20 minutes...then hook back up and see if the system resets itself....

My 2021 RS is doing the same thing. GM said it's a glitch in the software and it will need to be updated once the update is available.
