I have a 2020 AWD, my issue is with the Rearview Mirror. The mirror vibrates due to the virbration from normal music play with basic base, let alone with Base heavy music. This is my only complaint thus far it renders the mirror useless, you can only use the camera mode in the mirror inorder to view without vibration.
Auto Stop Feature

Just upgraded to a Blazer RS from a 2016 Chevy Cruze last month. My cruze also had a the auto stop feature, and turned the engine off when the vehicle came to a complete stop, and stayed off until I released my foot from the break peddle.

I've noticed on my Blazer that when I come to a complete stop and the auto-stop feature is initiated, regardless of wether or not I take my foot off the break peddle, the engine randomly starts after a minute or two.

Has anyone else had this issue? Wondering if its my Blazer or a new feature from Chevy that the auto-stop feature only turns your car off for a few minutes and then turns it back on.

thanks!
I have the same thing happening. Not sure if its an issue or programmed that way
2020 Blazer RS 3.6 motor less than 600 miles on it. Misfire, all safety features turned off, e brake turned on, ran like a subaru. ECM crapped the bed.
I purchased my 2019 Chevy Blazer Premier in March. Didn't get to drive it much until May due to Covid and since then I have had nothing but issues. It's been in the shop once already and is scheduled to go in again for the same issues. My ABS light and all three lights associated with traction control are on. They found metal shavings on one of the magnets on the brakes and assumed that was the problem. It's only been out of the shop for a week and the problems have gotten worse. I have been kicked out of cruise control twice while on the highway, an error message pops up and says "adaptive cruise temporarily unavailable". I also get continuous messages about "steering assist is reduced, drive with care" and "service" with loud beeping. Not sure what is going on, but I'm definitely not happy with this car.
Tires going flat

My wife purchased a new Blazer RS and has had it less than a month. She took a 3 hr trip for work and got a flat tire and there was nothing stuck in the tire. It was not able to be patched and they put the donut tire on for her. The next day driving home she got another flat tire, not the same one. Again there was nothing stuck in the tire! She now has been stranded for the 2nd day in a row and was 2 hrs from home. She had someone not far from where she was (work related) coming to get her and saw ANOTHER Blazer broke down with a flat tire (she thought it was her). After all this we come to find out that the tires are not easy to find (they are 21"). It was going to be a week before the tires would be in so the car had to sit. These are newly designed tires specifically for the new Blazers and there is not enough history on them yet. I feel they are defective and very unsafe to drive on. I would like to know if anyone else has had this issue. I'm not sure if it's specifically with the RS's with the 21" rim or not. Thank you,
Larry
We purchased a New 2019 Chevy Blazer RS with the 20" tires for our daughter in Fall 2019. Since then less that 6000 miles have been driven and she has had 4 flat tires (on 3 of the 4 factory tires). Each time we bring it to Les Schwab for repair. The first time they indicated a puncture and repaired. The 2nd time the puncture was beyond what they felt comfortable repairing, so we had to purchase a new expensive matching tire. The 3rd time was a screw in the tire which was repairable, and the 4th flat happened on July 4th 2020 when it blew out on the highway. My daughter drives the same roads and streets as three other vehicles in our house and yet is the only one getting the flats.

I called the dealer out of frustration and concern for her safety. Since she will be headed off to college and driving on the highway more often, I would like to determine why so many flats and if there is a tire defect. So this is the reason I am replying to your posting. Can anyone offer a solution? I have never experienced such a terrible tire performance especially on a rather expensive new vehicle. Again I would appreciate any feedback.

Had an issue with the rear hatch light already. 9000 miles RS AWD. Went through a touchless car wash with under car spray and some water got into it. Getting it replaced free from dealer. Other than that no issues with the car yet.

When in auto stop, scroll through your info screens until you see the battery voltage. I can imagine that the engine start if the battery voltage gets too low. Recall, when the engine is off, there's nothing charging the battery. I'd assume the engine starts sooner if many consumers are turned on.
I have a 2019 Blazer and it failed to operate at 9400 miles. Suddenly stalled in the middle of high speed traffic. “Reduced engine power” warning and other warning lights. Had the car towed to dealer. They replaced the acceleration pedal assembly. The same problem occurred 10 days later and the car only has 10,000 miles. The car is currently in the shop. GM said to replace the ECU/ECM. I am looking into the GA Lemon Law. I’m going to be afraid to drive this car again.
I have a 2020 blazer rs fwd. Was traveling down interstate and it shut off. Had it towed 400 miles back home while they repair it. The issue is throwing P16D8 U18A2 codes and will not start up. Current miles 3398

Similar problem with my 2019 at 9000 miles the dealer Replaced the acceleration gas pedal and the car broke down again at 10,100 miles and is currently in the shop the dealer said it’s possibly the engine control module. The car is unsafe when the car goes into reduced engine power. I’m researching the lemon law on this one.
This is the second time doing this, they have an engineer in working on the issue, dealership told me they are worried about the lemon law on this because if it goes down again they have to replace the blazer.

The GA lemon law states If the break down is life threatening as when the car stalls in the middle of traffic the dealer only get one time to fix it. Mine is down twice and no guarantee when or if they can fix it. Not sure I want another blazer!
Mississippi law is similar, talked to a lawyer he said they had 14 days to resolve the issue or have to replace vehicle or purchase it back at what I paid for it.
Update on blazer

They are replacing the ECM, feul pump, and alternator. Turns out when running ac, wireless charger, nav, Bluetooth and radio, while using adaptive cruise, causes a power surge over a long period of time. Averaging 3 to 4 hrs straight will produce the codes.
I own a 2019 Blazer with 15,000 miles and I took it to McClusky Chevrolet in KingsMall Ohio on 10/23/2020, because I was getting a warning light on the dash saying “Service All Wheel Drive!” The light came on several times, but went off so at first I thought it was due to the Blazer needing that 15,000 mile service. However, I was told by the advisor there was an Factory update, but by the end of the night my advisor said the “Rear Differential” needed to be replaced! Already?
I’m sorry to say we bought lemons. Mine was in the shop 48 days for an ECM replacement at 10,000 miles.

What’s the ECM do? I know of another problem with the Blazer RS Model that I have. If you’re going around the corner and a car is parked on the shoulder, even if you slow down, the crash warning system slams on the brakes whether or not the car is in danger of crashing into the Parked car. Also, if you’re parked in a parking lot and you move forward to leave and another car is approaching to the exit at a faster speed the Crash warning System engages and slams on the brakes! I think that the car is very dangerous to drive. The Crash Avoidance System engages on me almost every day going around corners where’s there are parked cars in the city of Cincinnati. It’s crazy and you can’t turn that feature off, nor can you turn off the “Auto-Shut Off” when you stop at the Traffic Lights! I remember a time when your car shut off, you panicked, thinking that your car is going to leave you stranded on the roadway during the winter. I have the Auto shut off feature in my 2020 Ford F-150, but it has a button so you can turn it off during your travels.

ECM = engine control module - basically the brain to the car. I’m having issues with the infotainment center blacking out now but the dealer is saying nothings wrong with it. I turn it off and it automatically comes back on when I start my car. Each time I drive it I pray that I don’t break down again.

Thanks for answering my question. I’m also having issues with the Infotainment Center. I’ve used 3 brand new Apple iPhone charging cables and sometimes the car doesn’t recognize my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Also once or twice the screen goes black, but I thought maybe Chevy was updating the software, because the car’s screen will go black for that too. Anyway, I’m going to contact my dealership so they can fix the problem. Hopefully, it’ll be an easy fix.
Prayers for an easy fix and a safe car
