2019 Chevy Blazer 3.6 V6
My navigation has been acting up lately. One day it's working and functioning, then the next day it doesn't work at all. I called ONSTAR, and they advised me to reset the SD card. It didn't work, any suggestions or has anyone been able to resolve this issue.

Unfortunately , powering down did not work so i called Onstar again to cancel my membership or fixed . this time a real tech run a diag for about 15 minutes and find out that something wrong with the hardware and advise me to take it to dealer free of charge .
