Has anyone had this issue? I get this warning on start up. Indicators in mirrors not working either.

I have never seen a warning on start up, but mine have gone out several times while driving and once I shut down the vehicle and restart it come back, when I asked my dealership of course it is just a glitch and it happens from time to time.

Thank you. With mine, I get the warning on every start up and the system doesn't at all

The failure is from water intrusion into the rear fascia I had the same issue and they replaced it under warranty, these blazers cant take a lot of water, something electrical took a shot and had to be replaced,
