I have a 2019 Blazer RS, roughly 65,000 miles. Its been really cold for a few days so i start the car early to get the engine warm and turn on the defrost for the ice on the window. I went to the car temp was 205 ish defrost was blowing ice cold. thought maybe it needs some pressure so i hit the gas held it at 1500 rpm for about a minute and still cold. so i cleared the window myself and drove drove it. hot air came out for about 30 seconds then back to cold. called chevy dealer they think its the door actuator (in cabin/fresh air). doesn't really make sense to me. Has anyone else had this problem? if so what have you figured out about it if anything? Any signs or symptoms you've noticed with this issue? Thanks.

Haven't had this problem with my new Blazer, but in the past when this has happened it was because the coolant level was low.

Thank you for the reply. (This is definitely something i didn't think about with a new vehicle but i guess i should of.) I just checked the level and the reservoir was low so i added some 50/50. Drove around looked again and it was low. There was bubbling on the side. Looks like the crease of where the two halves are connected is where its leaking at. Just ordered a new one. I'll post with the results.

so, update. the car got bumped into in a parking lot in the front then got rear ended on the highway. hopefully it gets totaled so i can go buy a new one lol. but the reservoir has a pin hole in it where its molded together. temp gauge only went up one time to 260. but yall were right i put coolant in and no more issues. thank you for the help.
